The Evenz map shows you all the events and venues around-all on one screen! By default, the Evenz map shows all events happening on that day. Our map uses your real-time location to help you find events and venues in your area. Search by personal preferences, or just see what's happening right now, all around you! You can easily browse through a wide range of events, view the event's location, and get directions to the venue. Our map also provides additional information about nearby parking, public transportation, and other insights that you may find useful for your event experience.

To sort events on the map, simply use the filters at the top of the Evenz app. The filters allow you to search for a specific event, sort by date of event, or view events by category.

Each event has a specific description and further information for tickets. Find an event you like and click the 'Buy Ticket' button to search for available seats from the seating map. Tickets on Evenz can be purchased using a variety of payment options. Payment options include Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Evenz is an aggregator of information for finding events and selecting ticket providers after a price comparison. All tickets appearing on Evenz are sold by a third-party ticket provider which you connect to via the Evenz app. Evenz serves as a platform for a transaction executed between you and the ticket providers. After finalizing the purchase, you will receive an order receipt and an email confirmation of the purchase. Depending on the ticket format accepted at the event, you will then receive tickets as an e-mail attachment in a PDF format, paper tickets mailed to you or kept at will-call or, when available, e-tickets that will all be stored in one place on your Evenz app under 'My Events' - 'Tickets'.

This will depend on the type of tickets provided. E-tickets will be immediately added to your Evenz app under 'My Events' - 'Tickets'. Physical tickets will be mailed to you or kept at the venue will-call window to pick up right before the event. To find your e-tickets on the Evenz app,go to My Events in the bottom bar menu and select Tickets. In general, ticket delivery will be done by the ticket provider, either as e-Tickets or paper tickets issued by the event organizers. In case sellers fail to deliver tickets on time for an event, Evenz will refer users to the ticket seller for compensation.

The ticket format is predetermined and whatever the ticket type is, is the ticket you should bring to the event, below you will find a list of the different possible ticket types you will receive:

Physical Tickets

Physical tickets are mailed to you by the seller, and you will need to bring these tickets with you to the event in order to gain entry. Many times, these will be paper tickets, but can also be wristbands, in which case be mindful of the instructions from the seller as often you may only want to put on the wristband upon entry to the venue and not beforehand.

PDF Tickets

If the ticket is a PDF, you will receive instructions in the email that the ticket is attached to. You may need to print out the PDF, or you may be able to use it directly on your phone.

E-Tickets

E-Tickets will be available on your Evenz app after purchase. Sometimes they will be available immediately after purchase, or they may only be available up to a certain amount of time before the event (24 hours for example). You can find these tickets in the Evenz app under My Account, and then selecting My Tickets. If you don't see your tickets available within the time frame outlined by the seller, make sure to contact the seller directly.

QR Code

Certain E-Tickets will be in the form of a QR code that is scanned at the venue. You may access these types of tickets on your Evenz app under My Account and then Tickets, or they may be emailed.

Flash Seats

Flash Seats is a separate application that allows you to store and redeem tickets you've purchased through Evenz. If the tickets you have purchased are Flash Seats tickets, then you will need to download the Flash Seats app and set up an account in order to redeem, and use your tickets. Usually, you will receive a link and instructions via email from the seller once the purchase has been made. Once downloaded, you can redeem the tickets and display them at the entrance of the venue in order to gain entry.

Ticketmaster Mobile App

Ticketmaster Mobile is a separate ticketing application that allows you to store and redeem tickets through Evenz. If the tickets you have purchased are Ticketmaster Mobile tickets, then you will need to download the Ticketmaster Mobile app and set up an account in order to redeem, and use your tickets. Usually, you will receive a link and instructions via email from the seller once the purchase has been made. Once downloaded, you can redeem the tickets and display them at the entrance of the venue in order to gain entry.

Ticketmaster Mobile Link

Tickets from Ticketmaster are sometimes sent via a link to your email. In order to redeem and use these tickets just follow the instructions in the email.

Swipe Card

Swipe card ticket types are another type of physical ticket, which are mailed to your address. You will need to bring the swipe card with you to the venue in order to gain entry.

Will Call

Tickets you purchase on Evenz will sometimes be available at the venue itself at the Will Call window. You will need to visit the Will Call window at the venue in order to retrieve the tickets you purchased before gaining entry. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID as many times you will need to provide it in order to get your tickets. You can find the location of the Will Call venue by visiting the venue's website, or by contacting them directly by phone or email.

Guest List

Some events will use a guest list for admittance. After making your purchase on Evenz your name will be added to the guest list at the venue. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID as you will not be able to enter without it. For a list of valid photos IDs, you can contact the venue, but generally a state issued ID card or driver's license, or a passport are required.

You cannot modify or cancel your order after placing it. By purchasing tickets, the order is final. Evenz is unable to refund, cancel, or exchange tickets, as our policy states that all sales are final.

Evenz only serves as a search engine and presentation tool for events, and as a platform to connect you with various ticket sources.

If your event is canceled by the event organizer and not rescheduled, Evenz will refund you once the funds are released by the ticket provider. The amount of time it takes to receive a refund is dependent on the ticket provider and may vary.

We will take care of the refund. Please note that you will receive a full refund for the ticket(s) (excluding the Enhanced Refund Protection fee, if applicable). We will notify you when the refund is on its way and back to the original payment method you used when purchasing the ticket.

Yes! Evenz offers tickets to the event's parking. You can find parking tickets in the seating chart in the Evenz app, either under Parking title or by using the filter button.

Creating an Evenz account is free, easy, and convenient. All you need is your email address-or alternatively, you can create an Evenz account by connecting to your Facebook, Google, or Apple account. You may also delete your account at any time.

In order to make changes to your account you can do so by opening the Evenz app and clicking on Settings, under the Account tab. There you are able to change your password, update your payment preferences, as well as edit your information.

In order to get information about the venue you should refer to the venue's website directly. If you can't find the information, you're looking for then we recommend contacting the venue directly.

Evenz will do their best to notify you of changed event status as soon as they are announced. We also recommend that you follow the event or venue hosting the event.

To see your discount codes, simply click on the 'Account' tab in the Evenz app. Once there, click on 'Discounts' in the top middle of the app to see all your promo codes.

Once in the checkout section, click on 'Add Promo Code' to see your valid discounts. You can type in the code you would like to apply to your order or tap on the corresponding discount ticket, then add it to your order.

Discount codes range in how long they are valid for. The expiration date for a promo code is written on the promo code.

To delete your account in the Evenz App, click on the 'Account' tab in the navigation bar and go to 'Settings'. At the bottom of the page click on 'Delete Account'. When prompted, enter your password, select the reason for deleting your account and click 'Confirm'. Your account is now deleted.

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. After deleting your account, you will no longer have access to any of your information or order history.
