Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy

This Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy is an integral part of Evenz Group,Inc. ("Evenz", "we", and "us") web platform's (the "Service") Terms of Use and Sale (the "Terms"), available at: evenz.com. Terms used but not defined herein shall have their respective meanings given to them in the Terms. The Service is intended for individuals in the US only.

The rules in this policy do not derogate from any right of cancellation or other right available to you in accordance with your applicable US Law or other US consumer protection law applicable to you. All ticket sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind and not replaceable, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted, unless as set forth below:

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date provided to Evenz by the event organizer, but not refunded.

If the ticket does not grant you admission to an event, unless the ticket was cancelled or denied due to your wrongdoing, Evenz shall provide you with a refund. Evenz reserves the right to investigate such denial of admission and subject to the result shall decide whether you are eligible for a refund.

If the ticket was not as described, unless you pre-approved a substitution of the ticket, Evenz shall provide you with a refund, following Evenz investigation of such claim.

If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date by the event organizer, Evenz will issue the refund for the ticket(s), back to the original payment method, after they will receive the funds from the ticket provider. The refund will be placed for the price of the tickets, excluding the Enhanced Refund Protection fee, if applicable.

The refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original order. Conversion charges, if any, are not covered by Evenz.

Evenz will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive tickets, you should keep them in a safe and secure place.
