We at Evenz (“Evenz”, “we”, “us”,“our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains our privacy practices for the services we offer through our mobile app (the "App" or “Service”). It also describes how we collect personal information, use it and share it and the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.
Evenz is a social marketplace that allows users all over the world to discover, create, share or purchase tickets for events. Through the Service, you can search and sign up for events based on your interests and location (“Events”) and organize Events (in which case, an“Organizer”) and create designated Event registration pages (“Pages”). You may also purchase tickets for Events using the Service, either directly through the App or through third party websites or ticket brokers (“Vendors”).
Providing us with your personal information is a choice you make. You do not have a legal duty to provide the information and providing it is subject to your unconditional consent. Certain services, such as purchasing tickets, on the App will not be available to those choosing not to provide the information requested. If you refrain from providing the required information you will not be able to complete your purchase.
This policy is combined into our Terms of Use(the "Terms"), and is a part of them.
Information you actively provide us:
Registration. In order to use the Service you must sign-up to the Service by registering through your social media account, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google account or by creating a user account on the App.
If you choose to register by creating an account on the App, we will ask you to provide your email address, full name, account username and a password ("Registration Information").
If you choose to register using your social network account, we will retrieve the categories of information that such social network makes available to us by default, according to your privacy settings. The information we collect in this manner typically includes your full name, email address, profile picture, your friends’ names and other profile information such as date of birth and gender. Note that your social media account is subject to its own privacy policy and terms of use.
Purchase information. In order to complete a purchase on the App you are required to provide us with your physical address, mobile phone number and payment information, including information used for the authentication of your payment method, such as date of birth (“Purchase information”).
You may also sign up to Events set up by Organizers, by registering to the Event registration Pages. We do not control or take part in the Organizer's registration process. You are solely responsible for any information you choose to share with the Organizers through the App.
Inquiries. If you wish to send us a query of any kind through our online contact form, you will be required to provide us with your name, email address and telephone number. In order to respond to certain queries, we may ask you to provide additional information (such as your gender) ("Inquiries Information").
Content. You may also post content on the App such as Events, text, photos, videos and geographic locations to promote and share with the Evenz community or with your friends through social media platforms (“Content”). Such Content will be publicly viewable, are not considered private or confidential and you should not have any expectation of privacy with respect to them. Use caution and common sense when posting Content on the App. Do not post any Content that may contain, or be indicative of, any sensitive personal information about yourself or third parties.
IN ANY EVENT, YOU MUST LAWFULLY OBTAIN THE CONSENT OF ALL INDIVIDUALS WHOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PRIVATE AFFAIRS MAY BE REFLECTED IN YOUR COMMENTS.
Information we automatically collect:
Geolocation information. We collect your geolocation when you actively use the App (even when the App runs in the background of your mobile device). We use this information for recommending nearby Events that may interest you.
Analytical data. We may use third party analytics tools to collect information about your use of the Service and create statistics from such information. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions, the interactions and communications you make with the Service’s interface, and content that you view or post while using the Service.
Device Information. We may collect information about your personal computer or mobile device, including its model, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you accessed the Service.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children who are under 13 years of age.
IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY
We will use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Operating the Service and providing their features and functionalities, develop, improve and customize the Service, to manage the administrative and operational aspects of the Service and collecting payments;
Sending you updates and other communications related to the Service;
Improving and customizing the Service and developing new services;
Subject to your prior consent, we will serve you with relevant advertisements, Events or other services targeted to your profile (“Promotional Communications”);
Collecting statistical and aggregated information about users’ experience within the Service;
Providing you with support, handling complaints and contacting you when we believe it is necessary;
Enforcing the Terms and this Policy and preventing misuse of the Service;
Complying with any applicable law and assisting law enforcement agencies and competent authorities, if we believe it is necessary or justified; and
Taking any action in any case of dispute involving you, with respect or in relation to the App.
Opt Out. You may "opt-out" of using your profiled data for Promotional Communications at any time by sending an email to our support service at: support@evenz.com. By doing so, we will only delete your information from our mailing list, while we will continue to process Personal Information submitted to us which is necessary to provide you with our services.
We will share the information outlined in this Policy, with others, in any of the following instances:
We may share your information with Organizers of Events you signed up for through the App and to Vendors of tickets for Events you purchased through the App.
With our contractors and service providers, in order to operate, maintain and enhance the Service (such as: storage providers, payment processors, etc.);
If you have breached the Terms, abused your rights to use the Service, or violated any applicable law. Your personally identifiable information may be shared with competent authorities and with any third party, if we believe it is necessary or justified;
If the operation of the Service is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition);
We may share personally identifiable information with our corporate group entities, but their use of such information must comply with the Policy
We may use the information we collect, as outlined above, to compile anonymized or aggregated information. We may share, sell or otherwise communicate and make available such anonymized or aggregated information to any other third party, at our sole discretion. However, we will not knowingly or intentionally share information that can be reasonably used to reveal your identity without your consent.
We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. These measures do not provide absolute information security. Therefore, it is not guaranteed, and you cannot expect that the Service will be immune from information security risks.
The following disclosure is made pursuant to California Online Privacy Act (CA Civil Code § 22575): When you use our Service, other parties, such as Google, may collect personally identifiable information about your activities over time and across different websites or online services.
We will store your personal information for at least 7 years from the day in which you purchased Events through our App. This is required to abide by the applicable laws governing the operation of our business.
We are based in Israel. Information we collect from you will be processed in Israel, which is recognized by the European Commission as having adequate protection for personal data. Certain information may be stored externally via cloud services such as Google. We will only transfer your personal information to a country or company which has been deemed to have an adequate level of data protection by the EU commission, or under other adequate safeguards determined under the applicable law.
Controller. EVENZ GROUP INC. is the data controller for the purposes of the personal data we collect through the Service and for the performance of the services offered through the App.

Legal Basis for Processing Your Data.
The legal basis for collecting the Registration Information, Purchase Information and Inquiries information is its necessity for the fulfillment of a contract between you and us, and to provide you with feedback or services in response to inquiries you make;
The legal basis for processing and collecting and Analytical Information is our legitimate interests in operating our Service, ongoing management of our business and business development;
The legal basis for collecting and processing your information for Promotional Communications is your explicit consent.
Further processing and data retention may occur based on legal requirements.
EU Rights. You have the following rights under the GDPR:
Right to Access. You have a right to access your personal data that we process and receive a copy of it.
Right to Rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you and to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to Data Portability. You have a right to receive the personal data that you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to a third party. Where technically feasible, you have the right that your personal data be transmitted directly from us to a third party you designated.
Right to Withdraw Consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing your personal data at any time. If you do that, we will not collect any further personal data, but we will further process the data we already collected for reasons described in this Policy. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing we carried out based on your consent before such withdrawal.
Right to Object. If you previously agreed that your personal data may be used for other purposes other than registering and/or placing an order, you may have a right to object to the use of your personal data for such additional purposes.
Right to Restrict. You have the right to restrict processing of your personal data (except for storing it) if you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy; if you believe that the processing is unlawful and you opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead to restrict its use; if we no longer need the personal data for the purposes outlined in this Policy, but they are required by you to establish, exercise or defense relating to legal claims, or if you object to processing, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds for processing override yours.
Right to be Forgotten. Under certain circumstances, such as when you withdraw your consent, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data. However, we may still process your personal data if it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation we are subject to under laws in EU Member States.

We may change this Policy. We will provide you notice of such changes through the Service’s interface. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your consent to the amended Policy. If you do not consent to the amended Policy, we may terminate your account and block your access to, and use of, the Service.
