They are usually delivered within minutes, but some sellers or venues release them closer to the event date. Physical tickets are labelled “Physical ticket - plus shipping” and couriered by the seller; some listings offer collection instead. Follow your order's delivery and entry instructions. Your confirmation email is not necessarily your admission ticket.
Resale tickets may be available even when the organizer's original allocation is sold out. Check available listings and their delivery or collection deadlines. Availability is not guaranteed.
If it’s cancelled with no new date, Evenz refunds your cancelled event tickets, including applicable taxes and shipping, to your original payment method unless an alternative method is permitted under our policy. Optional enhanced refund protection fees are excluded. If it’s rescheduled, your tickets stay valid for the new date. See our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.
Yes. Every order is backed by the Evenz Buyer Guarantee at no extra cost. It covers qualifying invalid tickets, non-delivery in time for the event, materially different tickets and events cancelled without a rescheduled date. Contact support promptly if something goes wrong. We will provide an eligible refund or, where available, comparable replacement tickets.
