Our Commitment to You
Evenz is a home for event lovers everywhere. We want every fan to feel safe, welcomed, and respected — and this code explains how we each help make that happen.
Be Respectful
Treat fellow fans, artists, staff, and venue workers with kindness. Harassment, discrimination, and hateful behavior have no place in our community.
Follow the Rules
Obey the law and all venue policies. Avoid illegal activity, dangerous conduct, or anything that puts other people at risk.
Keep It Fair
Don't sell tickets in violation of resale policies or misrepresent events. Honest dealing keeps the community trustworthy for everyone.
Respect Privacy
Never share someone else's personal information without their consent. Recording may be limited at certain events, so always check first.
Speak Up
If you see something wrong, report it to us or to venue staff. We take safety and respect seriously, and we'll look into every concern.
How we enforce this Code
Breaking this code may lead to warnings, removal from an event, or a permanent ban from Evenz. Depending on the circumstances, we may also remove content, cancel or suspend transactions, restrict access to the platform, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect Evenz, its users and the platform.
This Code supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Use and Sale, Privacy Policy, venue rules, and other applicable Evenz policies. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or other third parties where required or appropriate. Our community thrives when everyone feels safe.
