About
The Preservation Hall Jazz Band brings the heart and soul of historic New Orleans jazz to life, with acoustic performances rooted in the traditional Dixieland and early jazz styles that define the Crescent City’s heritage. Their live sets often include timeless classics like “Basin Street Blues”, “When the Saints Go Marching In” and “St. James Infirmary”, creating an atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and vibrantly alive.
With decades of history dating to the 1960s and a legacy of carrying forward New Orleans’ jazz traditions, attending a Preservation Hall show feels like stepping into musical history while sharing a joyous, communal celebration of rhythm and melody.
