Imminence

Imminence is a Swedish metalcore band known for blending heavy, atmospheric metalcore with cinematic violin parts, sometimes nicknamed “violincore.” Formed in 2009 in the Malmö/Trelleborg area, they have released albums including I, This Is Goodbye, Turn the Light On, Heaven in Hiding, and The Black, evolving from melodic metalcore and post‑hardcore into a dark, orchestral, alternative‑metalcore sound led by vocalist/violinist Eddie Berg.
