About the Artist
Autolux is an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 2000. The band's sound is characterized by a blend of shoegaze, post-punk, and noise rock elements, featuring distorted guitars, atmospheric synthesizers, and propulsive drumming. Autolux has been noted for their dynamic and complex arrangements, with songs that often build to explosive climaxes. The band's lyrics are often enigmatic and abstract, exploring themes of introspection, isolation, and the mysteries of the human mind.
