Nick Mulvey is an English singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist who first gained recognition as a founding member of the Mercury Prize nominated group Portico Quartet. After leaving the band to focus on his solo career, he developed a sound rooted in folk, world and indie influences, shaped by his background in ethnomusicology. Some of his most well known songs include “Fever to the Form,” “Cucurucu” and “Unconditional,” featured across albums such as First Mind, Wake Up Now and New Mythology. His work highlights intricate guitar lines, thoughtfully crafted melodies and a distinctive approach that has earned him a dedicated international following.
