Dead Prez

Dead Prez’s live show is loud, raw, and explicitly political, built around heavy, stripped-down beats and call-and-response chants that pull the crowd into the message as much as the music. On stage, stic and M1 move constantly, lean into speeches between songs, and turn tracks like Hip Hop and Police State into rally-style moments, with fists in the air, crowd participation, and an atmosphere that feels closer to a protest gathering than a conventional rap concert.
